At 575, we work with organisations navigating growth through acquisition, technology change, or capital investment without losing the culture and community trust that got them there. That means working with you, not around you: building on the talent already inside rather than dispersing it, and holding creative tension where it earns its keep. We refine ideas until they're clear, agree the way forward together, then monitor and adapt as we go.
"Do you know where you want to go, but aren't sure how to get there?"
We partner with you to articulate a clear plan and agree what success looks like, then work alongside your team — plan, do, study, adjust — until it's embedded.
"Do you have doubts about a plan, program, or initiative already underway?"
We stress-test what's already in motion — schedules, risks, change readiness and culture — through structured assessment and observation, then translate findings into practical recommendations and support you through remediation.
Every engagement follows a double-diamond rhythm. We start broad to understand your context, people and constraints before narrowing to a clear diagnosis. Then we open up again, co-designing options with your team, before converging on a final, agreed outcome. Where a mandate calls for capability beyond a single adviser, we draw on a trusted network of specialist practitioners to bring the right expertise to the table.

"Dan led multiple integrations for us, each with strong governance and risk discipline — and never lost sight of the change impact on clients and our people. He brings clarity to complex, multi-stakeholder transactions and I'd trust him to lead high-value integration work again."
"Dan delivered our $25M Springfield Health Hub under budget while keeping strategy and innovation at the centre of every decision — and was just as valuable a partner in our broader community health strategy and advocacy work."
"Dan ran several strategic and complex programs for us — a hospital divestment, an entity consolidation, and a $25M capital development — often managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders, while maintaining composure and attention to detail."
"Dan has a rare ability to look past the immediate numbers to where performance improvement, mission, and culture intersect. He leads with openness and enquiry and brings real rigour to complex problems."
